By making the following purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and condition that are laid out in refund, privacy and TOS statements at the footer of the checkout page, as well as the FAQ portion of our site, which you can access here.

There are no returns once the print is sent, unless the print suffers damage in transit or is lost. In the event of damage, resulting in abundant physical damage to the shipment, we ask you notify us of any issues within 5 days of the product arriving, as reflected by the carrier's tracking system. 

In the event of a lost print, you must notify us within 30 days of the mailing date of the print, as indicated by the tracking information on the carrier's website.  We will not be responsible for unilaterally checking on the status of your order once it it sent, without proper notification pursuant to the terms herein. 

In the event of, and upon adequate proof of loss, we will issue a refund so long as you comply with any directives the carrier has when filing an insurance claim, such as taking photos of the damage and retaining the packing materials.

In the event a customer fails to comply with the foregoing, and an insurance claim is foreclosed because of the action or delay of the customer, we shall have no responsibility for the lost or damage contents. 

For pre-sales, which are for new releases that we have ordered but not yet received in our store, we will inspect the prints upon delivery and take pictures to ensure it is in NM condition. Then we will repackage it according to our own shipping methods. Should we discover any flaws in the print upon our inspection, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your purchase. We will not refund your purchase of a pre-sale for any other reason.

Typically, packages will ship out 1-5 business from purchase. With that said, if you need a print quicker, we will do our best to make an exception. Just email us.

The only caveat to the above is for pre-sales, as it may take several weeks for us to receive your print. During that waiting period, we will provide updates when we receive them from he gallery. We also encourage you to contact us as often as you would like to check the status of your order.

We ask that you please refrain from purchasing any pre-sale prints, if you are unable or unwilling to wait the extended delivery period. The delivery times are often uncertain because we do not have control of when they are shipped to us. We will not offer refunds on pre-sales because a buyer believes it is taking too long to receive the item.

For Domestic Shipments, Your Print Will Ship vis USPS Priority Mail or Fed-Ex Ground.

International Shipping:

For International Shipments, Your Print Will Ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. An international Purchaser will only have the option of First Class Mail when the purchase is under $250 and is being shipped to Canada.  When possible, we will also accommodate any requests for expedited shipping methods, but at the sole cost of the buyer to be invoiced separately after purchase. All prints are fully insured for the amount of your purchase, and the value is reported to customs.  Regardless of the international shipping rate, Each Purchaser is responsible for all import, VAT and/or custom charges that may be levied by that Purchaser's individual country. It is NOT included in the international shipping price.
